Pro gives you up to 25 boards, 50 participants per board, custom branding, data exports, and up to 3 shared admins. Premium includes everything in Pro plus up to 100 boards, 500 participants per board, website embedding, team management with roles, an audit log, and unlimited shared admins.
Yes. With a 30-Day Pass you can buy a higher tier anytime and the new pass starts fresh. On the Annual subscription, upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle, and downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep your features until then.
Your boards aren't deleted. They remain safe. If you exceed the lower tier's board or participant limits, the extra boards become read-only. You can choose which boards to keep active and archive or delete the rest at your own pace.
No. A 30-Day Pass is a single one-time payment that unlocks paid features for 30 days, then simply expires — you're never billed again unless you choose to buy another pass. There's no subscription, no card kept on file for recurring charges, and nothing to cancel.
A 30-Day Pass is a one-time purchase for a single event or month — pay once, it expires, done. The Annual subscription is recurring: it auto-renews once a year at up to 31% off (Pro is $199/yr, about $17/mo; Premium is $449/yr, about $37/mo), and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Choose a Pass for a one-off; subscribe annually if you run boards year-round.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not happy with your purchase, reach out within 14 days and we'll work something out. A 30-Day Pass is one-time and simply expires — there are no recurring charges; an annual subscription can be canceled anytime to stop future renewals.
Embedding is available on the Premium plan. You get an iframe code for each board that you can drop into any website, blog, WordPress, Squarespace, Notion, or LMS. The embedded board updates in real time and respects your custom theme and colors.
