It includes everything in Premium plus unlimited boards, unlimited participants, website embedding, team management with roles, an audit log, and dedicated support.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, we prorate the cost so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep your features until then.

Your boards aren't deleted. They remain safe. If you exceed the lower tier's board or participant limits, the extra boards become read-only. You can choose which boards to keep active and archive or delete the rest at your own pace.

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing. For example, Premium is $9.99/mo billed monthly or $99.99/yr billed annually (effectively $8.33/mo). You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not happy with your plan, reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll work something out. You can also cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
