Make every board match your brand, event, or style. Customize colors, backgrounds, and branding. Changes apply instantly.

Primary color

Every board has a primary color that controls the score bars, accents, and overall feel. Pick any color using the color picker in the board editor. The default is our brand green (#198754).

Background themes

Choose from preset background styles to set the mood for your board:

• Clean: Minimal white/light backgrounds for professional settings.
• Dark: Dark backgrounds that look great on TVs and projectors.
• Gradient: Colorful gradients for events and competitions.
• Textured: Subtle patterns for a polished look.

Text and layout

You can customize the board title that viewers see, add an optional description, and toggle the visibility of elements like participant count and timestamps.

Custom logo

Available on Premium and Team plans.

Upload your organization's logo to display on the board. The logo appears in the header area and replaces the MakeTheBoard branding. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG.

Remove watermark

Available on Premium and Team plans.

Free plan boards display a small "Made with MakeTheBoard" watermark. Upgrade to Premium or Team to remove it for a fully branded experience.
