Goal Trackers

A goal tracker shows progress toward a numeric target as a thermometer that fills as contributions add up. Perfect for fundraisers, fitness challenges, and team quotas.

Here's a live one — the bar fills in real time:

Create and run it

1

Create the goal tracker

Click New Board, choose Goal Tracker, name it, and create. You land in the editor at /boards/<slug>.

2

Set the target, label, and unit

Enter your goal target (the number you're aiming for), a label, and an optional unit prefix or suffix — for example a $ prefix for a fundraiser. The thermometer fills relative to this target.
3

Add contributors and contributions

Add contributors (donors, team members) and enter contributions as they come in. Each contribution adds to the running total and updates the bar instantly for every viewer.
4

Watch the bar fill

The thermometer fills proportionally as the total climbs toward the target — great on a projector at a live event.
5

Celebrate at 100%

When the total reaches or exceeds the goal, the board automatically shows a celebration state on the public view at /b/<slug>.

Set a goal that fills during the event

A target the total can realistically reach mid-event keeps energy high — announce each milestone (25%, 50%, 75%) as the bar climbs.
