Powering leaderboards for thousands of people

The display as the stands see it: score, quarter, game clock, play clock, timeouts, and possession.

Everything the Press Box Needs

Two clocks, four scoring buttons, timeouts, possession, and a TV-ready display, from the first tap.

Quarter Clock & 40-Second Play Clock

Fifteen-minute quarters by default, 12 for high school or shorter for youth. Start and stop the game clock between plays and reset the play clock with one tap; it shows in amber on the display.

6, 3, 2, and 1-Point Buttons

Touchdown, field goal, safety or two-point conversion, extra point. Tap the matching button and the team total updates everywhere at once. No typing scores between snaps.

Timeouts, Possession & Quarter

Three timeouts a side, ticked off as they're called; a possession marker beside the team with the ball; and the quarter next to the clock, renamed to OT when it goes long.

Friday Night on Any Screen

Open the display link on a press-box TV, a fieldhouse projector, or a screen behind the end zone for a bold scoreboard readable across the field. No stadium board required.

Run It From the Sideline or the Press Box

Keep score from your phone on the sideline, or hand the scorekeeper link to whoever's in the box. Every score, timeout, and clock change syncs to every device instantly.

Fans Follow, Streams Overlay

Post the public link or QR code so parents who missed kickoff follow live, or add the board to OBS as a browser source and the score and both clocks ride on the game stream.

Game Clock, Play Clock & Scoring Buttons

Tap 6 for the touchdown and 1 or 2 for the try, 3 for a field goal, 2 for a safety. Run the quarter clock between plays and reset the 40-second play clock with one tap. The display updates the instant you do, exactly what the sideline needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The free plan gives you a live football scoreboard with a quarter clock, a play clock, timeouts, possession, and scoring buttons, and you can set each team's name and colors. No credit card. Team logos, a display without the MakeTheBoard mark, and the transparent stream overlay come with a one-time $15 unlock for the board, or with a Pro plan.

A touchdown is 6 points, followed by a 1-point kick or a 2-point conversion. A field goal is 3 and a safety is 2. The football preset gives you 1, 2, 3, and 6-point buttons for each team, so a touchdown and its extra point are two taps and the display updates the moment you make them.

Yes, both. The game clock counts down 15-minute quarters by default; set 12 minutes for high school or 8 to 10 for youth. Start, stop, and reset it from your phone between plays. The 40-second play clock has its own one-tap reset (set it to 25 if your rules use a 25-second clock) and shows in amber on the display next to the game clock.

Yes. Each team starts with three timeouts and you tap one off as they're used. A possession marker sits beside the team with the ball. The current quarter shows next to the clock, and you can rename the label, for instance to OT for overtime, or to HALF for a two-half format.

Not yet. The display shows the score, quarter, game clock, play clock, timeouts, and possession, and doesn't track downs or yards to go. For youth, flag, and rec games the sideline chains usually cover that, and the board handles everything else the crowd looks up for.

Yes. Set the quarter length your league uses, or rename the period to HALF and run two 20-minute halves for flag. Hide the play clock if your format doesn't use one, and keep only the point values your rules allow. The board reads like your game, not a broadcast graphic.

Yes. Open the display link in a browser on a TV in the press box or fieldhouse, a projector, or a screen behind the end zone for a bold, high-contrast football scoreboard. For a stream, add the same URL as a Browser Source in OBS, Streamlabs, or vMix and the score and clocks render on your broadcast as the sideline enters them. The transparent overlay that keys over your video comes with the board's unlock.

American football: touchdowns, quarters, a play clock, and timeouts. If you mean the game with goals and halves, use the soccer scoreboard, which runs a match clock that counts up through each half.
