The draw
Sixteen doubles teams in a double-elimination draw: a winners bracket of four rounds, a losers bracket that keeps everyone alive until a second loss, and a grand final between the two champions. That is 30 matches in all, and every doubles team is guaranteed at least two.
Seeding is standard (1 v 16 and 8 v 9 in round one), so the top two seeds can only meet in the final. With sixteen entrants the draw is full and nobody gets a bye.
How to run it
It comes filled in with “Ramirez / Chen”, “Okafor / Bell” and “Novak / Reyes” and 13 more doubles teams, so you can see how it plays before you change anything. Replace them with your own, paste a list, or shuffle for a random draw before the first result goes in.
Enter each score and the winner advances. Everyone with the link follows along live, on their own phone or on a TV at the venue. It opens in the Hardwood theme. Free for up to 64 entrants, and no account is needed to try it.
