Which plan is right for you?
- Free — perfect for trying MakeTheBoard out or running a couple of small boards (up to 2 boards, 15 participants each).
- Pro — for creators who want their own branding (colors, logo, background), data exports, board history, and the Developer API.
- Premium — for organizations that need to embed boards on a website, manage a team, and scale up to 100 boards with 500 participants each — plus analytics and an audit log.
FAQ
How do limits work?
Limits apply to active boards and to participants per board. Your plan caps how many boards you can have live at once and how many participants each board can hold. If you hit a limit, archive a board or upgrade to raise it.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel any paid plan at any time from your subscription settings. You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your boards and data are preserved. Features above your new plan (like custom branding, exports, embeds, or team management) become unavailable, and if you exceed the new plan's board limit, extra boards are kept but read-only until you're back within the limit.
